So I ended up getting £35 back from Abbey.
They wouldnt budge on the other charge.
Apparently they gave me the £35 charge back as a ‘goodwill gesture’ and the £25 charge stays because of the amount it was.
Basically you get charged for the whole amount that puts you over. Not the amount you went over. What actually put you over in the first place. So because it was a 40 odd quid bill I got charged 25 quid for it.
